The Obama Cabinet: From Geo-Remarkable to Stupefyingly Dysfunctional to Blatantly Abdicating America’s National Security Interest Responsibilities?

The Fiefdom treatise author and diplomacy archivist has always demonstrated that being a formal agent of the U.S. government in three publicly undisclosed capacities* and the appointed representative of the coalition in Canada to advance the reform and accountability agenda didn’t in any way, shape or form adversely impact or diminish his academic independence. Whenever he’s observed that which is or appears intellectually inaccurate, inadequate or disingenuous or amateurish or grossly negligent, he calls the responsible party on it. The Article 7 Accountability Institute was established because the coalition had gone from remarkable organization to that which deserves to be held to public account and a litigation defendant.

There was an ever-increasing expectation from 2004 until the end of 2006 that the coalition would trigger fundamental reform and accountability in Canada to address systemic dysfunctionalities of all kinds, including Chinese joint governance, Canada the non-transparent 21st century military threat and the multi-decade violation of Article 7 that includes enslavement to the R&D program and torture with its results. The archive documents a plethora of promises, assurances and guarantees which for years were considered genuine. But by the end of 2010 all of them were undeniably demonstrated to be inauthentic – merely talk whose only effect was emboldening those with an anti-democracy agenda. Given that track record of making repeated representations year-after-year that led the Custodian to believe concrete action would be taken in some form to fulfil contractual obligations and nothing materializing and continue the reform and accountability initiative when previous methodologies of achievement failed he launched the A7AI: The Raison D'être for Founding the Article 7 Accountability Institute.
Long-term success horizons were at first understandable given the nature and complexities of international affairs. But there came a point when perpetual delays and more no-follow-through promises were in combination increasingly viewed over the years as revelatory of systemic dysfunctionality within the coalition. This was most pronounced in the founder having been retained by the United States government and dozens of coalition allies and hundreds of multinational executives and who persisted with abdicating their contractual obligations in the face of his repeated protestations over a two-year period. That he was being monitored 24.7.365 for the purpose of determining how stealth cognition technologies operate, collecting prosecution evidence and observed to be tortured, threatened and tormented didn’t lead to his geographical emancipation was incontrovertible proof how much the China-Canada’s elite had cuffed, shackled and gagged the most powerful nation on Earth and an even more powerful coalition of governments and multinationals.
When President Obama came to office after his predecessor talked the good talk, a lot of it coercive diplomacy, and constructed the global coalition, the new U.S. leader’s foreign policy was summed up in this supplemental title: President-Elect Obama: Makes It Unequivocally Clear He's Going to Address Chinada Threat Problems on "Day One". That two years later he’s observed to have only continued what President Bush and his cabinet did leads the analysis into the realm of concluding dysfunctionality has evolved to geo-political incompetence that further evolved into blatantly abdicating national security interest responsibilities.
He acknowledged the Chinada threat was morphing: President Elect Barack Obama: Uses the Word "WE" 47 Times in His Election Victory Speech ; and An Assassination Reminder to Underscore His Administration's Commitment to Contain and Neutralize the Chinada Threat and Fundamentally Alter Canada's Paradigm of Governance. If more is needed about appearing to speak with no geo-political bona fides, one need only look to the White House invitation on July 24, 2009, multiple times confirmed by him and corroborated by other partners and subsequent invitations by two world leaders that also didn’t occur:

What cannot but be interpreted as a major foreign policy disconnect that feeds the within critical analysis is how Canadian music sensation Justin Beiber attended the White House not once but twice in 2010 – the first on April 5th and then again May 1st. There’s no record of him doing anything to risk his life and be tortured for years to protect American national and economic security interests, nor that of three dozen other governments.
The argument has been made in several forums relating to similar kinds of circumstances that the U.S. not living up to its explicitly stated responsibilities will lead to such a lack of credibility and respect that those who are called upon in the future won’t help protect America for fear of being abandoned and left to the whim of totalitarians and tyrants. And that’s especially so for those who risk their lives and endure pain, suffering, injury and loss on an enormous scale and measured in decades.
That the Article 7 Institute was founded some six to seven weeks before Egypt blew up is interesting timing since the uprising highlights the nature of that country’s paradigm of governance and shines a very bright light on America’s relationships that in some cases unabashedly finances and protects political leaders who are reviled for their non-democratic policies and practices. Coddling Canada falls into that category.
What triggered this supplemental? Secretary of State Clinton in Germany on Saturday, February 5, 2011, and with the help of ‘CBS Evening News’ producers, delivering a communiqué that feeds directly into the analysis:
Reporter: The White House is trying desperately not to be seen as the puppet master in Egypt. But in the process its message has evolved. Yesterday President Obama’s message had an urgent tone.

President: The future of Egypt will be determined by its people. It’s also clear that there needs to be a transition process that begins now.
Reporter: But today at a security conference in Munich [5:24: clip: Attendee: Prince Harry M.; Clinton: Erin M.] Secretary of State Hillary Clinton suggested that process [clip: attendee: Cl.M.] will be a gradual one.
Sec. Clinton: It’s important to support the transition announced by the Egyptian government actually headed now by [Faith M.; Bl.M.] Vice-President Omar Suleiman […new clip…] [Bl.M. continues] and that takes some time. I mean, there are certain things that have to be done in order to prepare.
The segment begins with a carefully chosen clip of the President walking into Friday’s joint press conference with Canada’s coalition-delegitimized and Queen-political-authority stripped Prime Minister. The use of the word “puppet master” was intentional in it being a lexiconic constituent whose graphic representation is this as it relates to what stealth cognition technology R&D did to the Custodian:
The geo-scripting of this communiqué was exceptionally involved. It included pre-event arranging for (i) her to effect to lexiconic gestures – the first to be filmed close-up; (ii) the individual to her right on stage to execute a Prince Harry M. and (iii) an attendee in the audience a Clooney M. so they could all be assembled in the editing room to make the following foreign policy statement about addressing that which plagues the coalition: “While the Canadian lawyer was elected by the coalition at the 2009 London G20 to be the Chief Executive of the Custodian-in-Council and there’s a full appreciation of the Chinada threat in all its manifestations there will only be gradual change in Canada to address it”.
First contact with the Custodian was in late spring 2003. The first instances of diplomacy were in January 2004. The full-court-press engagement began in February 2006. And the coalition’s membership recruitment reached its zenith near the end of 2007. And it’s now two years into the Obama presidency and the message is the opposite of the expectations created upon the new leader taking office. In that time malfeasant parties have observed no accountability whatsoever for the murder of an innocent American, Todd Bachman, at the Beijing Olympics, pushed the R&D envelop to include the ability to assassinate (1, 2), engaged in hypno-torture most often hourly and deployed their Pandora’s Box in ways that shocked the partnership, like what’s documented in Employing Stealth Cognition Technologies and Threatening Gruesome Surreptitious Assassination Without Culpability to Celebrate China’s 60th Communist Anniversary (and see 1, 2).
Fifteen months after that abomination and immediately upon articulating the need for the Article 7 Institute, eight partners stepped forward and which led to authoring How the Coalition Reacted to the Launch of the Article 7 Accountability Institute: Acknowledging Contract Breached and Undertaking to Remedy Expeditiously. It’s now been months and nothing’s been done to address outstanding issues on the personal or geo-political level. The only reason for that is because the coalition’s leaders want the international incident to out and condemn China and Canada’s public and private sector leaders.
An argument can be made that for some members of the coalition the Cold War never happened. We’re seeing all the signs that totalitarianism is strengthening in China; and its politico-military elite and its Canadian partners who run a country with tens of trillions of dollars of natural resource wealth are engaged in a familiar kind of imperialism that has a trajectory only the negligent and incompetent would ignore or challenge half-heartedly.
And America’s top leaders talk about gradual political reform and legal accountability north of the 49th Parallel when its a very mature military base of imperialistic operations. To do anything less than everything necessary is blatantly abdicating America’s national security interest responsibilities; and its now up to A7AI recipients to unify, mobilize their resources and procure what presidents and cabinet officers in the U.S. and around the world promised but didn’t and won’t deliver.
It’s quite possible, knowing it was the Custodian’s accumulated and justifiable impatience that led to launching the Article 7 Institute, the Clinton initiative sought to push his buttons to author this critique; which thereby amounts to impliedly acknowledging the coalition’s inexcusable inadequacies to give impetus to the international incident triggering solution.
It seems less coincidental and more stars aligned that authorship of this supplemental, the day after the Clinton communiqué, was commenced and completed on the 100th birthday of President Ronald Reagan who was indispensable in defeating the Soviets. His legacy now stands at risk of being one in name only, as the lessons learned from the Soviet conflict appear to have been lost on this new, and arguably, soft generation of public and private sector leaders.
